Role Description We are seeking a full-time, remote B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The Sales Manager will oversee business development initiatives, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and building and managing a high-performing sales team to ensure profitability. The role requires active participation in the hiring process, sales team development, and hands-on selling. The Sales Manager is also expected to generate their own clients while leading a 24/7 intake sales team. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Job Highlights Monthly Compensation: USD $1,500 – $2,000 commission 10% commission on profit from your own clients 1% commission on profit generated by team members reporting to you Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work from Home) Contract Type: Independent Contractor Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the intake sales team to ensure timely and effective lead handling Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall client experience Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback Conduct training sessions to strengthen sales techniques and client communication skills Analyze sales team performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for leadership Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and conversion outcomes Maintain and optimize intake scripts, communication templates, and CRM processes Foster a positive, professional, and results-driven team culture Participate in management meetings to align sales operations with business objectives Actively sell and build your own client portfolio Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce experience required) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field Fully bilingual in English and Spanish 5–8 years of management experience leading sales or intake teams Prior B2B distribution experience preferred Proven ability to improve sales performance or conversion rates using data-driven strategies Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms Candidates must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or other Spanish-speaking countries Two professional references from previous employers Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home opportunity Immediate hiring Side Note As this is a permanent remote position under an Independent Contractor arrangement, selected candidates must provide their own computer and reliable internet connection.
