Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell urology medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers
- Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, surgeons, nurses, and purchasing departments
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and operating room support when required
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
- Attend surgeries and clinical procedures to support product usage and adoption
- Stay current on urology procedures, competitor products, and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and trade shows as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 2-15 + years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (urology preferred)
- Strong understanding of urology products such as catheters, stents, endoscopic devices, or surgical instruments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
