Key Responsibilities :


  • Promote and sell urology medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, surgeons, nurses, and purchasing departments
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and operating room support when required
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
  • Attend surgeries and clinical procedures to support product usage and adoption
  • Stay current on urology procedures, competitor products, and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices
  • Participate in conferences, workshops, and trade shows as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • 2–15 + years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (urology preferred)
  • Strong understanding of urology products such as catheters, stents, endoscopic devices, or surgical instruments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
