Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Promote and sell urology medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers
Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, surgeons, nurses, and purchasing departments
Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and operating room support when required
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
Attend surgeries and clinical procedures to support product usage and adoption
Stay current on urology procedures, competitor products, and industry trends
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices
Participate in conferences, workshops, and trade shows as needed
