We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – IT Services & Resource Augmentation who brings a strong track record of acquiring service-based clients and successfully deploying IT resources on customer projects within the Indian market . This is a hands-on, hunter-oriented role for a sales professional who understands IT staffing, contract staffing, and project-based service delivery, and can independently drive new business growth. The role combines individual contributor responsibilities with a business-building mindset, focusing on new client acquisition, deal closures, and long-term account expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for IT services, resource augmentation, and contract staffing across the domestic Indian market.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure .
- Sell a range of offerings including IT staffing, contract staffing, and project-based IT services .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers .
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of IT resources on client projects.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets .
- Grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to place additional consultants and expand service scope.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions with professionalism and credibility.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6–12 years of experience in IT sales , with a strong focus on IT staffing, contract staffing, and resource augmentation .
- Proven ability to independently acquire new clients and close service-based deals in the Indian market.
- Solid understanding of IT delivery models, staffing lifecycles, and project-based engagements.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A hunter mindset with the ability to work as an individual contributor while scaling accounts over time.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align sales commitments with delivery capabilities.
