As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s network by reaching out to landlords across Germany, winning new listings for their platform, and ultimately driving the success of the business. With a strong product offering and a growing customer base, you’ll have ample leads and untapped potential to thrive and hit new sales records.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively reach out to landlords across Germany via phone and email, leveraging provided leads and developing your own pipeline.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with landlords, guiding them through the process of listing their properties on the platform.
Sales Targets & Results: Drive sales performance by hitting key targets, closing deals, and setting new records alongside your team.
Market Understanding: Continuously develop a deep understanding of the German real estate market and refine your sales tactics.
Team Contribution: Work collaboratively with the sales team to contribute to the development of new acquisition strategies and provide ongoing feedback to optimize the sales process.
Your Profile
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in both German and English.
Experience with the real estate market (sales, ownership, or management) is a plus but not essential.
Comfortable working towards realistic goals and KPIs, and independently structuring your daily activities to meet them.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, always with the customer experience in mind.
