Youβll play a key role in driving revenue, developing people, and shaping how we reach and support SMBs at scale.</p>

<p data-start="1067" data-end="1173">π Lead and develop a sales team focused on proactive outreach and pipeline generation for SMB customers</p>
<p data-start="1175" data-end="1262">π― Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent target achievement</p>
<p data-start="1264" data-end="1384">π€ Coach your team on sales fundamentals such as discovery, value-based conversations, objection handling, and closing</p>
<p data-start="1386" data-end="1497">π Analyse pipeline and performance data to identify trends, improve conversion, and optimise sales processes</p>
<p data-start="1499" data-end="1607">π§ Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality and customer experience</p>
