Job Description

The Role:

  • Team Leadership: Sales managers oversee and motivate their sales teams, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to help team members reach their potential  
  • Sales Strategy Development: They devise and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and adjusting tactics to capitalize on opportunities.  
  • Performance Tracking: Sales managers monitor their team's performance against set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). They use data to forecast sales trends and make informed decisions to optimize the sales pipeline. 
  • Collaboration: They work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with overall business strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
