Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private building sector, especially CAPEX-intensive projects.


  • Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers, factory owners, property investors, and contractors.


  • Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review, quality control, construction supervision, and commissioning support.


  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes.


  • Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored, competitive offers.


  • Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors.
