Overview

We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our Business Development team and lead a high‑velocity group of SDRs and BDRs. This role is open to candidates across Vancouver and Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a high‑performing business development team.
  • Exceed sales targets and take over one of our existing teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement and coach and develop dynamic teams.
  • Recruit team members for ongoing and future headcount needs.
