Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for cosmetic product lines across retail, e-commerce,salon, and distributor channels.• Lead, train, and manage the sales team including beauty advisors and field executives.• Expand market presence and onboard new distributors, retail chains, and online partners.• Plan and implement trade promotions, influencer tie-ups, and seasonal campaigns.• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and pricing strategies.• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for new launches.• Ensure timely sales forecasting, reporting, and inventory planning using CRM tools.• Regularly travel to key markets to build relationships and assess brand performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.• 5+ years of sales experience in the cosmetics/personal care industry.• Strong knowledge of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and channel dynamics.• Hands-on experience with both offline (retail, distributors, salons) and online (D2C,marketplaces) sales.• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
