ROLE DESCRIPTION

Business Strategy & Sales Development

  • Define business strategy, annual sales plan, and profitability targets.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers (farming) while expanding market presence with new clients (hunting).
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Define and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and acquisition order plans.
  • Select initiatives for the Commercial Budget Plan and maintain a rolling forecast.
