ROLE DESCRIPTION
Business Strategy & Sales Development
- Define business strategy, annual sales plan, and profitability targets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers (farming) while expanding market presence with new clients (hunting).
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Define and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and acquisition order plans.
- Select initiatives for the Commercial Budget Plan and maintain a rolling forecast.
