Salary Range: Up to 15 LPA (Fixed) + Variable Pay (Negotiable based on candidate s exposure)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager from the Dairy/FMCG industry to drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and expand market coverage across Chennai, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, Vellore, and nearby regions . The role involves managing end-to-end sales operations, distributor networks, and field teams while achieving aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently
• Lead, mentor, and monitor sales teams and field executives
• Strengthen brand visibility and market presence across assigned territories
• Appoint, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners
• Expand sales operations into new regions within Tamil Nadu and nearby markets
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to support strategic decisions
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production teams for smooth execution
• Oversee promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and product launches
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and MIS to management

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / Master s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
• MBA from a reputed institution preferred
• 5 10 years of experience in Dairy / FMCG sales (Milk & Milk Products preferred)
• Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu dairy market and distribution networks
• Proven ability in team leadership, channel management, and business expansion
