KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.



  Identify, Develop & capitalize on new business opportunities in the HORECA segment, Multi Outlets Brand &

Distributors across Delli NCR Region 



  Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Stakeholders 



  Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer

preferences. 



  Work closely with Internal team to ensure coordination & smooth flow of Sales Operations 



  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deals with customers, follow up with Customers on Orders & payments 



  Enter into tenders with Customers & ensure Price Quotes, follow up till closures



  Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to track progress and optimize sales strategies. 



  Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. 



 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS : 



  Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Ready-to-Eat foods in the HORECA Segment 



  Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Business, Sales



  Strong understanding of HORECA and distribution networks across the region 



  Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



  Ability to work WITH INTEGRITYand collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 



  Knowledge of MS Office & Computer Skills 



  Willingness to travel as required.
