We have an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Manager to work for one of the UK’s largest suppliers of multi-brand diagnostic tools for Trucks, Buses, Coaches, Vans, HGVs, Trailers, AGV, OHW & Light commercial vehicles based on their internal sales department in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

About the role 
As a Sales Manager, you must possess a positive hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales funnel management and deal building and closing.
  • Driving the sales processing and supporting the sales team in achieving their monthly KPI’s and exceeding their specified target.
  • Making sure the sales team accurately collect all customer contact details and update our CRM system – Salesforce.
