Job Summary

The role involves acquiring and managing relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for secured and unsecured funding solutions. The SM will lead business development, drive portfolio growth, and ensure adherence to credit and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities



Acquire new educational institution clients through market mapping, references, and direct sourcing.


Drive business for Term Loans, Working Capital, Infrastructure Loans, and Fee Financing.


Manage end-to-end deal cycle, including documentation, coordination with credit, legal, and operations teams.


Oversee portfolio quality through regular reviews, renewals, and risk monitoring.
