Job Description
The main responsibilities are -
Develop and implement sales strategies for marine electrification and automation solutions.Identify and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the marine industry.Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for port and harbor electrification (shore-to-ship power, charging systems, energy storage integration).Drive tendering, bid management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations in coordination with internal functions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales approaches.Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the organization's offerings.The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager (Marine - Electrification and Automation) should have:
Atleast 10 years of experience in sales/business development within the marine or port electrification domainBE in Electrical or Marine EngineeringStrong understanding of vessel electrical systems, propulsion drives, automation, and power distributionProven expertise in sales and business development.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies effectively.A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.Familiarity with marine electrification and automation solutions.
