A leading marine engineering company is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in EPCC projects , shipyards, and offshore/marine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients, identify opportunities, and translate project needs into actionable solutions
• Apply engineering design principles and collaborate closely with design teams to ensure practical, buildable solutions
• Can see the full project lifecycle, not just their own lane
• Balance technical, commercial, and site realities effectively
• Appreciate how marine / navcom projects run, not just how they look on paper
