Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the post-sales order process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
Track orders from sales closure to delivery, handling any post-sales issues or discrepancies.
Communicate with the logistics team, warehouses, or shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale is made, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.
Provide status updates to clients regarding the delivery process, product availability, or service inquiries.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and any post-sale activities.
Collaborate with internal teams logistics, product, and customer service)
to ensure the successful delivery and after-sales support for customers. 
Ensure all tasks are completed according to company policies, customer expectations, and deadlines.
Work closely with the sales team to provide any necessary post-sales support or information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and professional communication.
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, driving customer loyalty.
Ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are responded to within timelines.

Who Should Apply

Experience of After Post Sales in Manufacturing Industry
Should be profcient in MS Google Docs, MS Excel/ Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint/ Google Slides 
Should be Graduate
Should have minimum 3-5 years experience
Should be in age bracket of 25 to 35 years
Should be comfortable dealing with people
Salary Range - depending on qualifcation and Experience
