Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and proactively follow up with potential clients through site visits, networking, and other

field-based strategies

Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase projects

Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers

Convert walk-in and field leads into successful bookings

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Ensure complete documentation and follow-up with clients post-booking

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead management

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

8-12 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

In-depth knowledge of the local property market and client behavior

Willingness to travel extensively and work on weekends if required

Own vehicle mandatory
