- Master the IPru GIFT City Products and Sales Process
- Build strong understanding of the Regulations affecting product and sales processes in GIFT City
- Get accustomed to login, tracking and issuance systems
- Handle product and sales process related queries from the IPru Proprietary teams
- Handle customer queries along with the sales teams
- Communicate with customers whenever requested by the Sales Teams
- Track biz regularly coordinate with Teams to clear pendencies
- Co-ordinating other peripheral tasks involved
