We are a fast-growing team and are looking for new team members to join us as Chat Sales Managers. The role involves text-based communication with clients, providing information, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct polite, professional, and high-quality communication with clients via chat.
• Create and edit text messages and templates for daily work.
• Complete simple reports in internal tracking tables.
• Comply with established speed and quality standards of communication.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility, motivation to grow, and desire to earn.
• Confident PC user with experience in online services.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Own laptop/PC.
