South Indian cinema has transformed the Indian film landscape by creating Pan-India blockbusters—high-budget, multi-language releases with broad, nationwide appeal that cross regional and linguistic boundaries. MMM holds the exclusive mandate for brand integrations in several films, offering strategic in-film and out-of-film placement opportunities that connect brands with the powerful reach of Pan-India cinema.
We are looking for a high-performing and creative Sales person to lead brand partnerships and drive revenue through in-film branding, co-branded campaigns, and integrated movie marketing solutions.
This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about entertainment, brand storytelling, and marketing innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales for in-movie branding and co-branded advertising opportunities.
· Pitch and close co-branding deals using film posters, celebrity imagery, and integrated campaigns.
· Develop and present impactful sales pitches aligned with client goals.
· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
· Stay updated on upcoming film releases, market trends, and brand movements.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Mass Media preferred.
· 3-4 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or entertainment marketing (in- cinema/in-film experience a plus).
· Having strong relationships with brands and agencies to drive repeat business.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Deep passion for cinema, content, and brand storytelling across Hindi and regional films.
· Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Expectations:
· Build and expand relationship with brands
· Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
· Actively manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and ongoing deals, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and opportunities.
· Maintain accurate daily reports and keep all work and project trackers up to date to ensure visibility and accountability.
· Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that film deliverables are executed efficiently and effectively
