Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Execution

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers.

Promote specialized diagnostic tests (e.g., pathology, molecular, preventive, oncology) and increase test penetration across accounts.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and daily call activity KPIs.

Relationship Management

Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Serve as a single point of contact for doctors and clients to address service issues, technical clarifications, and report queries.

Regularly meet key accounts to reinforce engagement and upsell packages or new offerings.
