The role focuses on strategic sales planning, leadership of zonal and area teams, key account management, and cross-functional coordination , ensuring sustainable growth while adhering to Indian pharma regulations and company policies.

Scope of Responsibility

• Pan-India or multi-zone responsibility
• Oversight of Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Medical Representatives (MRs)
• Management of key institutional, hospital, and strategic accounts across India
