Role Overview

Human Matrix Securite is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the complete sales function for our Cloth Recycling Plant. The ideal candidate will oversee customer acquisition, sales operations, dispatch planning, documentation, and revenue growth while building strong customer relationships across the textile and recycling markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales operations and customer management

Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations & customer communication

Identify, pursue & onboard new customers for:

Recycled fiber

Shredded cloth

Wiping rags

Fab-Brick (compressed textile briquettes)

Develop new markets and drive volume-based sales growth
