Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
**Job Requirements:**
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving sales in the assigned territory.
+ Align with T&E to complete self-trainings on product, process, and compliances.
+ Plan travel within/outside the territory as per business needs.
+ Analyze and plan strategies for implementation in the territory.
+ Meet Implantologists/Dentists to generate leads and sales opportunities.
+ Maintain relationships with KOLs and key accounts for steady sales.
+ Manage customer order management by liaising with CS, finance, logistics, and customers for timely order closures.
+ Ensure account receivables are collected by coordinating with the finance AR team; conduct account reconciliations.
+ Provide product demonstrations and assist in live cases as requested by customers; safely store and utilize T&E assets for demonstrations and sales.
+ Plan and execute business development activities with the help of T&E and Marketing teams in respective regions.
+ Place orders for Nobel and ABT for customers and coordinate with the CS team for order release.
+ Conduct market research and report to the business to identify new market opportunities.
+ Maintain CRM reports in real-time.
+ Hand-deliver priority orders and shipments to customers.
+ Manage the failed implants replacement process.
**Desired work experience, education & skills**
+ Minimum 5 yearsβ work experience in the Medical Devices industry/experience in selling medical devices or specialty Pharma products preferably in MNC.
+ Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to independently manage large geography.
+ Ability to identify business opportunities and execute actions to realize the same.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle Individual Customers and key accounts.
+ Strong value orientation and sales track record.
+ Good understanding of the local language.
+ Should be a Postgraduate. BDS and Management Degree preferred.
