Role & responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new customers, particularly those in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, especially their CFOs and promoters.
- Actively cross-sell other banking products, such as current accounts, deposits, and trade finance.
Solution Development & Presentation:
- Understand client businesses, their cash flow cycles, and working capital needs.
- Recommend and present customized working capital solutions, including fund-based and non-fund-based products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client cash flow and optimize their working capital.
