Overview

Lutron is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Tokyo, working directly with key stakeholders in Japan’s commercial and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) sectors.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving demand generation and sales growth by engaging with top developers, property managers, contractors, and specifiers, while leveraging internal teams to deliver tailored strategies and solutions.

Your efforts will contribute significantly to expanding Lutron’s market share and fostering long-term client relationships in Japan.


Responsibilities
