Job Purpose

The Solution Sales Manager leads the country's commercial strategy, driving consultative and solution-based sales, including complex solutions, technical products, aftermarket services, spare parts, and unitary distribution. This role is responsible for demand generation, customer satisfaction, and achieving targets related to revenue, profitability, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales teams including solutions engineers, specialty sales engineers, aftermarket sales executives, and product representatives.
  • Coordinate commercial efforts with owners, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and operations.
  • Implement disciplined sales processes and ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools.
