This role is responsible for ensuring the company's sales strategy is executed flawlessly—meeting and exceeding targets, improving team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer experience. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in staff development, training, lead quality assurance, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and efficiency.
This position has a direct path to Sales Director and VP of Sales for candidates who excel.
