Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of machinery loans (construction equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural machinery, manufacturing equipment, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly and annual disbursement and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities through manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and direct customers
  • Expand presence in SME, MSME, and corporate segments
  • Channel & Dealer Management
  • Build and manage strong relationships with machinery dealers, OEMs, brokers, and DSAs
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to generate leads and improve sourcing
  • Negotiate commercial terms and incentive structures with channel partners
  • Ensure consistent business flow from existing partners
  • Team Handling & Leadership
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales officers / relationship executives
  • Assign targets and monitor individual and team performance
  • Conduct daily reviews, field visits, and sales meetings
  • Support team in closing high-value and complex cases
  • Credit Coordination & Case Processing
  • Evaluate customer profiles, financials, and machinery requirements
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and valuation teams
  • Ensure timely collection of documents and accurate loan application submission
  • Follow up for sanctions, disbursements, and post-sanction requirements
  • Risk & Compliance Management
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor portfolio quality and maintain healthy asset quality
  • Identify early warning signals and coordinate with collections when required
  • Prevent fraud and mis-selling through proper checks
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and repeat clients
  • Provide end-to-end support from lead generation to loan disbursement
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues
  • Cross-sell related products like insurance, working capital, or term loans
