Your Mission
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assists the Boutique Director to develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in the boutique and client service.

Team Management & People Development

• Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, designs the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipe-line in his/her boutique. Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development (career committees, mid-year discussions, training & development plans), motivates and reinforces engagement
• Is responsible for of the integration and training of new comers
• Ensures the day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team
• Ensures the day-to-day management of the Care Service team
