Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South region
Identify and acquire new Pharma & Healthcare customers (Pharma & Food & Beverage Machineries industries)
Candidate must have core experiences in Ointment , Liquid filling lines / Pouch filling machines etc.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Represent the company at exhibitions of Pharma, Healthcare, Cosmetic trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
