Nova Post Deutschland is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager in Berlin. If you have experience managing clients from the first contact to contract signing, and are results-oriented, we will be happy to welcome you to our team.


Tasks



  • Full sales process management: from lead acquisition to contract signing

  • Product and service presentations during meetings or online

  • Conducting negotiations, handling objections, and establishing partnerships

  • Preparing individual commercial offers

  • Cooperation with the account management team and client handover after deal closure

  • Working with the CRM system and preparing reports

  • Monitoring the market, competitors, and providing feedback


Requirements



  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales

  • German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
