Position Purpose
To support the Commercial Manager and execute all necessary pro-active and re-active sales, e-commerce, marketing & PR activities to exceed owner expectations concerning revenue generation and market share.
Duties & Key Responsibilities

·Be a great role model for others with regards to brand-specific behaviours, self-confidence and can-do attitude
·Be actively engaged in the onboarding of new Sales & Reservations team members and share expert sales knowledge, tips, and tricks
·Communicate pro-actively, clearly and constructively with other team members outside sales to help deliver great guest experiences at our hotel
·When starting your workday, check in with the Guest Operations Manager, ask where help is needed most and spend at least 30 minutes per day assisting ...
