Job Description

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with corporate, government, and travel trade clients. The role focuses on achieving room, banquet, and overall hotel revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for rooms, banquets, and hotel services

  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate, government, and travel trade accounts

  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel tours
