Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with an up and coming developer in the Maple Ridge area for a New Homes Sales Manager to help sell their new master‑planned community.

As this is a fully commission role, the amount you make is fully dependent on how much you are capable and willing to sell to the market, offering a unique opportunity for self development and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making Strong Connections with Prospective buyers and the realtor community to generate interest and drive sales
  • Conduct engaging sales demonstrations of homes and the community for visiting customers
  • Implement creative and proactive follow‑up strategies to convert connections into purchasers
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM on a daily basis
