What You Will Do

At Stryker, this role leads the Medical franchise in Mexico, driving commercial strategy and execution across the country. As a people-focused sales leader, you will be accountable for business performance, talent development, and sustainable growth of the Medical portfolio. This position is part of the Mexico leadership team and plays a critical role in shaping the future of the Medical business.

  • Lead the Medical franchise in Mexico, owning sales strategy, execution, and results across the country.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute regional sales and account plans that build a robust opportunity pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance against quotas, using data to adjust priorities and improve results.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent, ensuring clear roles, expectations, and development plans.
  • Manage performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation-related inputs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to support product launches, pricing updates, and customer solutions.
  • Maintain direct engagement with key customers to support negotiations, strategic accounts, and relationship growth.
  • Represent the sales organization as an active member of the Mexico leadership team, contributing to broader business decisions.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience in commercial or sales roles.
  • Prior experience in the medical devices industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in English for business communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading regional or country-level sales teams.
  • Previous experience in Capital Sales for Medical Devices
