To strengthen our Plywood sales team in Hamburg we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the German and Austrian markets. You will be responsible for developing existing and new accounts, providing technical support and conducting operative sales.

What you will do
Manage a structured sales approach to designated accounts together with the Area Sales Director
Implement a commercial sales strategy
Operative sales and after-sales
Provide technical support for different end-use applications
Pricing and profitability control
Analysis and sales planning
Participate in the creation, implementation and follow-up of business and customer plans
Who you are
You have a bachelor's or master'sdegree in a relevant field such as wood science and technology, marketing, business administration, or an equivalent professional qualification
You have at least 3 years of experience in plywood business and/or constructions and wood products distribution business
You are experienced in B2B sales work
You can build strong relationships with customers, and you have excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
You have a proven track record in sales
You have broad commercial understanding and sales process knowledge
You are self-motivated and self-disciplined
You have good language skills in German and English
