Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive – MICE to join our hotel sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) sales within the hotel industry and a proven ability to generate business, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage MICE sales leads for meetings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events.

Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and partnerships.

Conduct client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing for MICE events.
