Job Title:  Sales Manager – Micro Mortgage
Location:  Ankleshwar
CTC:  Up to 8 LPA
Product:  Micro Mortgage (Small Ticket Home Loan / LAP)

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the Micro Mortgage segment by acquiring new customers, building strong local market presence, and managing a sales team. The role focuses on sourcing, portfolio quality, and sustainable growth in the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing and acquisition of Micro Mortgage business through direct and referral channels

  • Build and manage relationships with local builders, brokers, DSAs, and market influencers

  • Lead, guide, and monitor Relationship Managers / field sales staff

  • Achieve disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets

  • Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to credit and compliance norms

  • Conduct joint customer visits and support highvalue case closures

  • Track local market trends and competitor activity

  • Ensure timely documentation, disbursement, and postdisbursement followups

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / LAP / HL sales

  • Prior team handling experience preferred

  • Strong local market connect in Ankleshwar and nearby regions
