Role Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the Micro Mortgage segment by acquiring new customers, building local market presence, and managing a small sales team. The role focuses on sourcing, portfolio quality, and sustainable growth in semiurban and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  Drive sourcing and acquisition of Micro Mortgage business through direct and referral channels

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with local builders, brokers, and market influencers

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, guide, and monitor Relationship Managers or field sales staff

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to credit and compliance norms

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct joint customer visits and support highvalue case closures

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor local market trends and competitor activity

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely documentation, disbursement, and postdisbursement followups

  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 
  

  Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / LAP / HL sales

  
  


• 
  

  Prior team handling experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong local market connect in Udaipur and nearby regions
