Sales Manager, Italy (Diabetes – CGM/Medical Devices)

Location: Milan or Rome, Italy
Contract: Full-time 
Work setup: Field-based 

Our client is an international medical device company in the diabetes space (CGM), expanding its direct presence in Italy. They are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven leader to take the market from distributor-led to direct sales, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lay the foundation for future team growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own and accelerate the Italian market expansion, shifting from distributor to direct sales
  • Drive commercial strategy and execution across key accounts (hospitals, decision-makers, and diabetes networks)
  • Lead and support the tender process in Italy, from preparation to submission and follow-up
  • Build and nurture relationships with KOLs/KOCs and key stakeholders in the diabetes landscape
