Job Title: Sales Manager – Mortgage (DSA Channel)

Location: Mathura

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Product: Home Loans & LAP

Channel: DSA / Connector Driven Sales


Role Summary


The Sales Manager – DSA will be responsible for driving mortgage business through the DSA channel by onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with DSAs and referral partners. The role focuses on sourcing quality business, achieving disbursement targets, and maintaining portfolio quality.


Key Responsibilities




  • Drive Home Loan and LAP sourcing through the DSA channel




  • Onboard new DSAs and activate existing DSA relationships




  • Build strong relationships with connectors, brokers, and referral partners




  • Achieve disbursement, revenue, and productivity targets




  • Monitor pipeline, logintodisbursement ratios, and conversion metrics




  • Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit and compliance norms




  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case processing




  • Conduct regular market visits and DSA meetings




  • Track competition and market trends in the assigned geography




Eligibility Criteria




  • Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)




  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Mortgage sales through DSA channel




  • Strong local DSA network in Mathura and nearby areas




  • Sound knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products




  • Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
