Job Description – Sales Manager (Mortgage – DSA Channel)

Locations: Rajkot & Vadodara
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) – DSA Channel

Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Managers to drive Mortgage business through the DSA network across Rajkot and Vadodara. The role focuses on DSA relationship management, business sourcing, and ensuring high-quality Mortgage acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source HL/LAP business through active DSA engagement
• Manage existing DSAs and onboard new partners
• Drive monthly disbursement and revenue targets
• Ensure file quality, documentation accuracy, and smooth processing
• Build a strong sourcing pipeline through regular DSA visits and sales activity
• Liaise with credit, operations, and technical teams for seamless closures
• Track competition and market dynamics
• Ensure compliance, portfolio hygiene, and policy adherence

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years in Mortgage Sales, preferably via DSA channel
• Strong DSA network and understanding of Rajkot/Vadodara markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Sound understanding of HL/LAP products, credit norms, and documentation
• Graduation mandatory
