As they continue to grow, they are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead their sales function and shape the next phase of their expansion.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the freight and logistics landscape and knows how to build strong, long-term customer partnerships. You'll lead the sales strategy, mentor a small but capable team, and work closely with the Directors to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify growth opportunities across key industries and regions
  • Oversee tender responses, pricing models, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track performance metrics and provide clear reporting to leadership
