Job Title: Pharma Sales Manager (West)
Role Overview
The Pharma Sales Manager is responsible for driving national or multi-regional sales performance across the Indian pharmaceutical market. The role focuses on strategic sales planning, leadership of zonal and area teams, key account management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring sustainable growth while adhering to Indian pharma regulations and company policies.
Scope of Responsibility
- Pan-India or multi-zone responsibility
- Oversight of Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Management of key institutional, hospital, and strategic accounts across India
