Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation
Team Structure: You will report directly to the Director of Sales and work closely with marketing and customer service teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a managerial role
