Job Description

Salary:

  • PHP 25,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours (Shift Rotation):

  • 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Benefits:

  • 4 days off per month
  • Meals and accommodation not provided

Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the retail store
  • Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
  • Ensure sales targets and operational standards are achieved
  • Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain brand image and excellent customer service standards

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with international fashion brands (e.g., Uniqlo, H&M, Zara)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Retail management experience is required
